Terms And Conditions
All orders, purchase orders and business transactions shall be exclusively governed by Bansbach Easylift of North America, Inc.’s terms & conditions, and shall include no other. The venue for any and all disputes or claims shall be exclusively held in Brevard County, Florida and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, or in the case of a claim under federal law, the Middle District of Florida. Bansbach Easylift of North America, Inc.’s terms and conditions shall supersede any and all customer terms and conditions. The President of Bansbach Easylift of North America, Inc. is the only Bansbach employee with the authority to accept customer terms and conditions, and/or waive Bansbach Easylift of North America, Inc.’s terms and conditions. Any and all such acceptance of alternative terms and conditions must be acknowledged in writing by Bansbach Easylift of North America, Inc.’s President.
Shipping Policy: The postal carrier for all orders with free ground shipping will be determined by Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc. Free ground shipping is only available for orders shipping within the Continental United States. If a particular postal carrier is necessary, it must be specified when ordering. Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc. is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, import fees, taxes, or any other fees associated with shipping to countries outside of the United States.
Return Policy: All returns are subject to a $25.00 minimum or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater) and require a return material authorization (RMA) number issued by Bansbach easylift of North America, Inc.® Items returned without an RMA number on the outside of the packaging will not be accepted. Products must be returned in original condition for any credit. Bansbach easylift of North America, Inc.® reserves the right to deny credit for returns where the product has been tampered with, painted, or altered in any way. Please contact your sales representative or call 1-800-225-4498 for return material authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States are not eligible for return and/or store credit. Returns not accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
Limited warranty: All products sold are warranted by Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc. only to customers for resale, or for use in business, or original equipment manufacturer, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase from Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc, unless otherwise stated. Any part which is determined by Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc, shipping costs prepaid, will be as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at Bansbach easylift® of North America, Inc.'s option.
